Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot issue you a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received it. The item should also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please send the items back to us at:

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Used items (partially burned candles, etc.) are ineligible for returns. 

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the refund is approved, a credit will be applied in the original payment method in a timeframe established by your banking institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after the approval email, please check with your banking institution to determine the refund status.  If your banking institution is unable to provide you with accurate information, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced5 items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message and send your item to:

GIFTS

 If the item purchased was marked as a gift, a gift certificate/code will be emailed/mailed to the person who made the original purchase after returning and receiving the items.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the refund has been approved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
